During the Ching Ming Festival, Hakka people usually use Chinese Fevervine to make steamed buns (also named “Cha Guo”).



Interesting Fact #2: Smell of Chinese Fevervine


The leaf of the Chinese Fevervine gives out an unpleasant smell due to the presence of sulphur compounds.
